For pre and post consultations I was seen by Mr. Aho in Devonshire Street whilst the operation was at The Princess Grace Hospital. My experience on all three occasions was very positive from Mr. Aho himself, staff and facilities.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hospital and its team for the excellent care I received during my recent surgery. From admission to discharge, every aspect of my experience was managed with utmost professionalism and compassion. The staff demonstrated exceptional dedication, ensuring that I felt comfortable and supported throughout. I am truly thankful for the high standards of care provided by the hospital.

Professor Ross Hunter is excellent—informative, knowledgable, thorough, and highly attentive. He provides in-depth feedback and explains things clearly, ensuring a full understanding. He is calm and concise and answered any questions I had. I was worried about some potential issues and he provided reassurance as well guidance on tests/scans which were booked in quickly. Really happy with the level of care and professionalism he provides. Thank you! His assistant Helen is also fab, efficient and follows up with correspondence in a timely manner. It was all good, apart from the man at the reception who was not always professional and friendly.

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

Easy to make appointments. Things kept to time. Friendly staff. Finance staff extremely helpful to resolve BUPA unhelpful invoicing systems.
