Very satisfactory - people were really helpful

I recently had surgical removal of impacted teeth at OS Clinic, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. The reception team was friendly and efficient, and the nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. My surgeon was highly skilled and professional, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in expert hands. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to their excellent care and clear post-op instructions. Every member of the team at OS Clinic went above and beyond. I would highly recommend the Private GP Practice, Eisman Myers, at Golders Green. I have seen Dr Eisman on a number of occasions over the last couple of years, and every time we end the consultation I walk out with a spring in my step having been reassured in every way possible. She is highly professional, thorough, patient, friendly and extremely reassuring, and I continue to recommend her, and the practice generally, to family and friends.

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.
