Consultant was late. Not an issue for me, but it could be for more nervous people. However he was very apologetic for delay and very good in consultation.

Surgeon and front of house excellent. Nursing staff distracted. I seemed to be in the way

The experience within the nuclear medicine department was excellent - quick, courteous and friendly. The experience beforehand, arranging the scan with the reception staff, was convoluted and challenging.

Staff were amazing, great care taken to meet my needs. Clear explanations of procedure and after care. Always being updated of care and medication and physio. Whole experience made me calmer and helped with my recovery. Thank you

There could have been more communication on why the surgeon was delayed. Also more information on taking the drugs, for how long and what to expect. Although this is business as usual for the Royal Free for many patients it will be their first expierence of a medical procedure.
