I highly recommend Dr Bhattacharjee. He was patient, reassuring and took significant time to explain everything and deal with my concerns.

I saw Dr Bhattacharjee for autonomic dysfunction. He was late by 25-30m but no mentions of such delays or any apologies, but that's no big deal. I had emailed his secretary beforehand asking whether he treated autonomic dysfunction, specifying the details and providing all my medical documentation. The answer was "Yes, he can assist you with that". The first thing I heard when I entered the consultation room was "Sorry, I can't help you with that". When I mentioned the email, he seemed surprised - perhaps the secretary made a mistake? I don't know, but still - from the perspective of a patient it was a negative experience, an appointment that should have not taken place. Had I been self paying, I would have demanded a refund. Anyway, he was quite apologetic and referred me to a more suitable consultant.

I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Bhattacharjee's care and dedication. After being passed around between my GP and the hospital with my concerns dismissed, he truly took the time to listen and investigate my symptoms thoroughly. His professionalism and compassion made all the difference, and I finally felt heard and taken seriously. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about their patients.

I found Dr Bhattacharjee to be extremely empathetic about my condition. He not only focused on finding solutions but explained them in a considered way that enabled me to understand all elements of my condition and how they could be managed. Both he and his PA provided an extremely positive experience. Thank you both

I was put at ease immediately by Dr Bhattacharjee after feeling very nervous. He explained everything in detail & was happy to answer all of my many questions. He managed to ease my fears whilst giving me facts about my condition. I felt much better leaving the appointment then I did going in. Thank you.
