Professor Nikkhah is a fantastic surgeon. He is empathetic, kind and takes time to explain exactly what he will be doing. After months of pain and recurring issues, he operated and resolved the problem, making my significant scar look aesthetically pleasing! I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

My case was serious and complex. I had a large, deep chest wound soon after a heart transplant with removal of my sternum and some of my ribs that needed to be closed up. Mr Nikkhah worked closely with two other surgeons and carefully considered a number of options. It was obvious that the other two surgeons held him in very high regard. Once they had agreed a plan all three worked together in the operating theatre with my Nikkhah leading. The procedure had never been done in this circumstance before and we all knew there were real and unknown risks. I needed someone skilled, experienced, able to think on their feet and willing to push the boundaries. That’s what I feel that I had from all three surgeons. He provided attentive, kind and thorough aftercare and always made himself available taking multiple phone calls from my team despite only officially working one day per week at the Harefield where I was an NHS inpatient. I’ve had an excellent result and am very grateful to have been his patient through this critical time.

I recently underwent a delayed DIEP surgery along with a single reduction and uplift performed by Mr. Ghali and Mr Nikkhah. From start to finish, the level of care and professionalism was truly outstanding. The nursing team was incredible, making me feel completely safe and supported throughout the entire process. I am absolutely blown away by the results. After four years of feeling flat and uneven, Mr. Ghali and Mr Nikkhah have restored not just my shape, but also my confidence. I am beyond grateful to have found him, and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough.

Mr. Dariush Nikkhah is simply the best! I first met him in October 2023, still reeling from my shock diagnosis of a breast mastectomy. He is altruistic and very personable, with a wonderful bedside manner. He explained everything in full, showing me the end results which would be a year or so down the line. I practically skipped out of his office! After further corrective surgery at the beginning of February this year, I now find myself at the end of that line, happy and blessed to have had him as my plastic surgeon.
