Dr Sarmed Sami heard my concerns and recommended lab tests to get to the bottom of the issue. I was advised to wait until Mayo Clinic reaches out to me with further steps but it has been more than 2 weeks with no news. I have called and chased but heard nothing. I am still in pain and will be looking to go to another consultant as I cannot wait for the booking team to send me basic next steps.

Mr Haq went out of his way to make the entire experience as easy as possible. Excellent interpersonal skills and the highest degree of professionalism. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Mr Shanmuganandan was friendly, personable and thorough in his examination and explanations. He made me feel at ease.

Dr Harris was extremely professional, kind, caring, helpful & most understanding and put me at my ease over a very difficult, personal, private issue for me. He fully explained everything in an understandable way. He had a very kind, approachable & cheerful manner. I was very concerned & stressed about seeing him but realised that I did not have to be at all. He had been recommended to me by a receptionist at the Tunbridge Wells Nuffield Hospital as being very good and she obviously was correct. He also understood my financial circumstances. Specialists like him a very, very few even when one pays privately. He very fully explained everything including what he would write to my doctor/ GP. I was very glad that it was him that I had chosen to see and would/ will recommend him to others without reservation. I was going to write by post to Thank him very much for all of his help & understanding & care & professionalism etc. I would like HIM to know that I have made all of these comments……… even if they are used anonymously for any reason. A very pragmatic doctor who talked us through the situation. He was able to clearly explain which treatments were scientifically sound, and which were anecdotal.

Mr Marshall arrange to see me at short notice. He explained the situation to me quickly and clearly and helped to get my scans sorted. I was back with him for a 2nd appointment to resolve everything in under a week. By the end of the second appointment I was very happy with the situation and the explanation and felt well looked after.

Dr John O'Donohue is a consummate professional who put me at ease throughout the whole process.

I write this review as a practising NHS consultant. Dr Albu-Soda's care was exemplary. He was empathic, kind, and thorough. The whole experience - from discussing my needs with his PA, Sarah - to the clinical assessment and investigation was professional and clear. He offered his expert advice and made and wife and I feel comfortable. Thank you so much.

Easily the best doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of. He was kind, thoughtful and took the time to truly understand what has been a long term issue without being dismissive. Can’t recommend him enough
