Life changing experience One year on from my CFS experience, I can't think how it could have gone any better. The initial assessment was thorough and filled me with confidence, the surgery (intra-lasik to tackle myopia and astigmatism) went exactly as described in their Oxshott surgery, and the follow-up care was first-rate. Based on my experience, I'd be pleased to recommend Mr Daya to anyone. I know others who have used some well-known facilities in London and had nowhere near the same level of care.

A overly friendly welcoming and professional hospital.

Can't rate this highly enough...from walking through the door, all staff were friendly and cheerful!

All the staff were helpful and the experience reassuring as no immediate action deemed necessary. However, as a self funding patient, I found the fees and especially those for routine tests, exceedingly high and I will be returning to the care of the NHS.

Great service on the whole, a few of the night staff weren’t so attentive. Very clean, very quiet, nice to not be disturbed too often and good was excellent with lots of extra drinks on offer too Dorota was great and even went in search of a peppermint tea for me / Sylvia and Paula very helpful, approachable and friendly too. My consultant, who isn’t on your list : Mr Vathanan was excellent. Very personable, listened to me throughout and very professional

The hospital is clean and welcoming

Excellent as always. I was particularly pleased to be telephoned to see how I was post procedure.

Staff at both Queen Anne Street and East Grinstead were wonderful. In particular the anaethetist Dr Lamb. I was very nervous and she really helped calm me down. Reccomendation from a friend

From the moment you meet the reception staff until the appointment with the consultant, you are met with friendly and caring staff, treated with great dignity and respect. The appointments are always taken on time and the waiting rooms are very comfortable. This is an excellent hospital in every respect as the attention to detail is obvious.
