A great experience

All the staff at the park hospital are excellent. The facilities are 1st class too.

Receptionist would perhaps benefit from some customer service training. But overall everything was fine.

It is great going to the Nuffield - very friendly staff and pleasant environment. I could feel myself getting calmer whilst sat in the waiting room ahead of my appointment. Very professional staff.

For pre and post consultations I was seen by Mr. Aho in Devonshire Street whilst the operation was at The Princess Grace Hospital. My experience on all three occasions was very positive from Mr. Aho himself, staff and facilities.

It is a pleasure to visit Saxon Clinic. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. They just need to get a bigger car park.

Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I am extremely please with their prompt same day response to my request for an appointment and no waiting time when I got there. The Dr listened well and confirmed everything I suspected which my GP did not and therefore for 2 years have not been able to see anyone to investigate further as she blocked it. . The doctor immediately took me to a nurse after our consultation for immediate full bloods and requested further tests to be approved by bupa. He explained everything clearly. Can not fault the service - The level of service I received in comparison to NHS is like day and night, so I am extreamly appreciative.
