The team at the Lister at The Portland was fabulous. Unlike other clinics, you were not just a number and put through a machine. Check-in staff knew my first name, emails were replied to quickly, ad hoc requests accommodated with no fuss. Everyone was friendly, kind, and empathetic. Nurses were super patient with demonstrating how to administer medication, re-checking dosages etc, theatre personnel were full of levity and, when appropriate, seriousness. Finance staff were super keen to help too. The emergency line was a huge help and no question or situation too minor.

Nothing to say... Its a rent by the day room service for consultants... efficient and expensive. But it does the job

A very good customer care. Surgery delayed for over half an hour without any update or explanation. Anaesthetist was rather formal and not engaging.

I would highly recommend the Private GP Practice, Eisman Myers, at Golders Green. I have seen Dr Eisman on a number of occasions over the last couple of years, and every time we end the consultation I walk out with a spring in my step having been reassured in every way possible. She is highly professional, thorough, patient, friendly and extremely reassuring, and I continue to recommend her, and the practice generally, to family and friends.
