The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.

Majority of the time we were seen on time or with very minor delays. The place is always immaculately clean and lots of space for waiting area. The free water is a nice touch.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

I recently gave birth via planned C-section and stayed at the Fitzrovia Suites, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The team was fantastic checking on us on the clock very attentive and always with a smile. The suite itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering a much-needed sense of privacy and peace during recovery which made a real difference, especially in those first few days post-surgery.

The team at Bader Medical is absolutely amazing! Everyone in the reception is professional and the amount of knowledge they have between all of them is astounding. If you are looking for Gynaecology or just have some general questions they are the the one to go to. They will guarantee that you are happy and feel secure. Thank you Dr Maria Papadopoulou
