very smart space with lovely staff

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

Taruna is excelle At what she does, she takes time and is empathetic towards me I feel very comfortable and she has made my pain go away

All round positive experience. The doctor understood my concerns and showed empathy and insight .

I was terrified but the consultant had a lovely energy was understanding and kind and showed me great understanding and respect of my circumstance overall she couldn’t have done anything better which made my experience bareable

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.
