I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.

The staff are extraordinarily pleasant, and I mean everyone. The clinic is also clean and nice, practically impossoble to find areas to improve!

All the staff were very accomodating and truly genuine and Polite.

Only problem with this hospital is their parking service. I went to an appointment, didn't enter my car's registration and had to pay about 60 pounds of fine.
