Excellent care!

I received real advice on what I should do.

We have always had a good experience on the 12th floor at Royal Free.

All the staff were helpful and the experience reassuring as no immediate action deemed necessary. However, as a self funding patient, I found the fees and especially those for routine tests, exceedingly high and I will be returning to the care of the NHS.

I was terrified but the consultant had a lovely energy was understanding and kind and showed me great understanding and respect of my circumstance overall she couldn’t have done anything better which made my experience bareable

Solice responds to my health concerns quickly and efficiently. The customer care is excellent, I feel very taken care of.

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.

The team were super helpful and friendly. The wait time was amazing - literally booked me in 2 hours later with a consultant. Happy with the experience so far!
