The reception team was fantastic — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with scheduling and working around my availability. Everything felt smooth, professional, and relaxed from start to finish. They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Nothing to say... Its a rent by the day room service for consultants... efficient and expensive. But it does the job
