I had a great experience with the UK Vein Clinic. The team was very professional and friendly from the start. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the treatment and what to expect. I felt well looked after throughout the whole process.

Ease of booking, professional staff, clear explanation of what was involved

It has been a great experience, all of the staff were friendly and helpful and Mr Biasi has been particularly understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. I would like to say a big thank you to him and his team for all of their help.

Every thing ran smoothly as expected

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.

It was a pleasure receiving care at Nuffield Health, the clinic is calm, modern and spacious and functions very well plus all the staff are very friendly and professional. I underwent a coronary CT angiogram which on the whole went smoothly. Perhaps some minor suggestions concerning the fact that due to a previous mastectomy my veins on (useable) only one arm required a bit more skill regarding inserting a cannula & taking blood. And although I researched the procedure beforehand to explain it in detail in person then and there would have been good. The doctor who dealt with lowering my heart rate did not introduce himself or explain his role. Yet overall it was a very good experience.
