Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

From the moment our session began, he demonstrated not only deep expertise but also a genuine ability to explain complex health issues in a way that was both engaging and easy to understand. Surgery and two night stay over all good. Catering very good. Only complaint was noise at night, as door between bedroom and corridor kept open.
