Dr Wong was very reassuring and professional throughout my child’s procedure. He explained what had been done and offered a follow up if required.

As the NHS refused to remove 7 cysts from my head, I was forced to seek assistance from the private sector. I came across the New Victoria hospital in Kingston upon Thames, after undertaking online searches. I decided to pursue the minor surgery required via the New Victoria, and am very glad I did so. The whole process from booking an appointment for assessment, to the removal of stitches, was easily accomplished, within a space of 6 weeks. Mr Blackburn performed the surgery, and was very professional, polite, pleasant and supportive, as were his staff and the hospital. The procedure was clearly explained to me, and a plan of action made. Everything went smoothly, and Mr Blackburn was not even phased by the stubbornness of some of the cysts that belied their depth and size. Upon reflection, if I knew of anybody wanting to undertake a similar surgery as my own, I would certainly recommend an approach to Mr Blackburn, at the New Victoria.

My nephew was suffering from a very irritable skin condition which was causing him a lot of stress/distress especially during intense exam revision period. He had tried various treatments and sought advice from GPs, with no little or no success. Dr Sheth’s advice and treatment has provided marked improvement and significant relief in my nephews skin condition such that he is able to focus on his exam prep and day to day activities - thank you Dr Sheth!!

Mr Marshall arrange to see me at short notice. He explained the situation to me quickly and clearly and helped to get my scans sorted. I was back with him for a 2nd appointment to resolve everything in under a week. I can't explain how much better having my breast reduction surgery has made my life. Andrew was so reassuring from start to finish. I work in sport and was worried about finding the right time to have my surgery so that it would have as little impact as possible, but the healing time was so much quicker than I had expected. I'm 2 months post op now and back to all of my usual activities. There's also very little scarring. Practical things like getting sport equipment on and exercise are a lot easier now. My self esteem has improved and i've got a whole new wardrobe that i've picked because I like it, not because I think it will hide my body. Thank you
