Extremely positive. Nurse was excellent.

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.

Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I am extremely please with their prompt same day response to my request for an appointment and no waiting time when I got there. The Dr listened well and confirmed everything I suspected which my GP did not and therefore for 2 years have not been able to see anyone to investigate further as she blocked it. . The doctor immediately took me to a nurse after our consultation for immediate full bloods and requested further tests to be approved by bupa. He explained everything clearly. Can not fault the service - The level of service I received in comparison to NHS is like day and night, so I am extreamly appreciative.

The team is friendly and helpful. The payments department could work on keeping the documents in order - sometimes there were duplicate requests for payments, I recommend keeping documented payments after visits 😉
