A very good experience

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.

The reception team was friendly and efficient, and the nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. My surgeon was highly skilled and professional, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in expert hands. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to their excellent care and clear post-op instructions. ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

Minor delay, but everything was smooth and efficient. Mr Tavakkolizadeh was most friendly and took the time to discuss and explain.

St John & St Elizabeth is a wonderful place for treatment, other than the imaging department. The Cardiac Suite team is exceptional.

Parkside Hospital's staff is friendly and caring. The hospital is extremely well organised and the atmosphere relaxing. Patients are treated like individuals. The warmth and friendliness of the reception staff is helpful when one is nervous and in pain.
