Staff at both Queen Anne Street and East Grinstead were wonderful. In particular the anaethetist Dr Lamb. I was very nervous and she really helped calm me down. Reccomendation from a friend

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

My experience in all areas, from the first time I stepped into the clinic till I got my operations completed are all fantastic. The staff were so respective and responsive. The environment was clean and friendly. The operations were neatly and nicely done with clarity.
