Staff at both Queen Anne Street and East Grinstead were wonderful. In particular the anaethetist Dr Lamb. I was very nervous and she really helped calm me down. Reccomendation from a friend

I was late due to being at the wrong hospital but the staff called and gave me guidance and rebooked me in the same day and were all extremely helpful and friendly

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague
