excellent all round

My experience in all areas, from the first time I stepped into the clinic till I got my operations completed are all fantastic. The staff were so respective and responsive. The environment was clean and friendly. The operations were neatly and nicely done with clarity.

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.

Efficient staff who are all good at their jobs. Surgeon (Dr. Sam) was also excellent and very quick with both cataract surgery and laser treatment. However I felt the discharge procedure at the end of treatment was a bit lax and suggest patients are given a letter or pamphlet to fully explain, for example is it in order to contact your opticians etc.
