Everything was fine

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Very calm and friendly environment.

The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.
