I have been blown away by the outstanding service provided by every single member of staff. Amazing care givers. I could simply never return to any other hospital now I know the kind of care given at Blackheath. It really was exceptional.

Majority of the time we were seen on time or with very minor delays. The place is always immaculately clean and lots of space for waiting area. The free water is a nice touch.

I am so thankful to the amazing team at Acorn fertility. You not only guided me with medical expertise, but you also treated me with so much kindness and understanding. Every visit felt personal, and even in my most anxious moments, you gave me hope. Thank you for walking this emotional journey with me. It meant more than words can say.

Clean, efficient

The team at the Lister at The Portland was fabulous. Unlike other clinics, you were not just a number and put through a machine. Check-in staff knew my first name, emails were replied to quickly, ad hoc requests accommodated with no fuss. Everyone was friendly, kind, and empathetic. Nurses were super patient with demonstrating how to administer medication, re-checking dosages etc, theatre personnel were full of levity and, when appropriate, seriousness. Finance staff were super keen to help too. The emergency line was a huge help and no question or situation too minor.

Dealing with everyone is so easy and stress free from the minute you walk through the door. Friendly, professional with a warm greeting and you are instantly put at ease. The whole team make the experience as stress free and you are dealt with with such courtesy, care and consideration.
