They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

The team at Bader Medical is absolutely amazing! Everyone in the reception is professional and the amount of knowledge they have between all of them is astounding. Harley street were great from the outset. The whole experience from the reception staff to the Dr's and the actual space itself was fantastic and we would highly recommend to all.

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.
