Very prompt appointment, easy parking with friendly staff and very clean hospital

All staff at the Nuffield were professional and caring. I experienced a short delay for surgery due to a misunderstanding regarding medication. I had cause to return to the hospital over a medical concern but I was give an appointment the same day and treated by a Doctor promptly on arrival. The catering staff also deserve mentioning as the food was delicious and delivered with a smile!

All aspects were excellent

Sometimes the staff on reception are too busy talking amongst themselves to acknowledge and book in waiting patients - I have been late for an appointment because of this.

I have just completed a five day course of radiotherapy It’s my second time being treated at Genesis Absolutely excellent process

I was given a friendly professional welcome by all staff that I met. The operating staff dealt with me efficiently and quickly and clearly went through a number of safety checks before commencing with the endoscopy. I wa provided with a full written account of the investigation and now await a follow up with the consultant.

Really supportive knowledge service, felt friendly and relaxed with lots of time to ask questions.
