Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

It was a pleasure receiving care at Nuffield Health, the clinic is calm, modern and spacious and functions very well plus all the staff are very friendly and professional. I underwent a coronary CT angiogram which on the whole went smoothly. Perhaps some minor suggestions concerning the fact that due to a previous mastectomy my veins on (useable) only one arm required a bit more skill regarding inserting a cannula & taking blood. And although I researched the procedure beforehand to explain it in detail in person then and there would have been good. The doctor who dealt with lowering my heart rate did not introduce himself or explain his role. Yet overall it was a very good experience.

From the moment our session began, he demonstrated not only deep expertise but also a genuine ability to explain complex health issues in a way that was both engaging and easy to understand. For months, I’ve been dealing with symptoms that no other doctor could fully explain—until now. Mr Siddiqi took the time to connect the dots between my symptoms and my overall nervous system and gut health. His explanation of the mind-gut connection and how it plays into chronic pain and discomfort was absolutely eye-opening. He broke it down in such a relatable and logical way that it finally all *clicked*. His approach to pain and symptom management is incredibly holistic, rooted in science but delivered with empathy. Unlike other consultations I’ve had that left me with more questions than answers, this one left me feeling validated, informed, and empowered. Everything he said just *made sense*—more than any other consult I’ve ever done.
