It was Heatherwood Parkside and all was good

Everything was totally satisfactory and professional

Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

Very kind, professional and someone is always on hand to help

All the staff I had contact with were very supportive especially in theatre area. However I felt the cleanliness of my room although clean to start with this standard was not kept up during my 36 hour stay. My gown and dirty sheets were just left on the floor throughout and no bin was emptied or bathroom cleaned which surprised me.

Service here was fantastic, all the staff were incredible! I felt really looked after!
