The Innovation Eye Clinic at The McIndoe Centre is a warm and friendly place to be treated. The staff are polite and efficient and the building and rooms are clean and comfortable. It was clear that the staff would do everything necessary to accommodate my needs and make my stay and treatment as safe and comfortable as possible. I would recommend them as an excellent place to be treated.

I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I was a few minutes late for my first appointment so it was a little hurried but I didn't see the surgeon again, despite being advised he met customers after to operation and at the nest visit to remove stitches. My post-op advice was a little sketchy. I still have a further visit at one month after the op so hope to get some first-hand comments then. The anesthetist was expecially friendly and encouraging, as was Jules, who went out of her way to talk to me on my return for stitches removal.

From the moment I walked in I was put at ease with all the staff being welcoming , helpful and knowledgeable. The best thing was that if unsure or did not know the answer they would find out straight away. Not something that happens everywhere. Please thank everyone at east Grinstead for making my eye treatment a pleasurable experience. Keep up the good work.
