Friendly, professional, reassuring

Everyone was so caring and made sure that I was very well looked after.

I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I was a few minutes late for my first appointment so it was a little hurried but I didn't see the surgeon again, despite being advised he met customers after to operation and at the nest visit to remove stitches. My post-op advice was a little sketchy. I still have a further visit at one month after the op so hope to get some first-hand comments then. The anesthetist was expecially friendly and encouraging, as was Jules, who went out of her way to talk to me on my return for stitches removal.

Very friendly and efficient

From the moment I walked in I was put at ease with all the staff being welcoming , helpful and knowledgeable. The best thing was that if unsure or did not know the answer they would find out straight away. Not something that happens everywhere. Please thank everyone at east Grinstead for making my eye treatment a pleasurable experience. Keep up the good work.

Staff at reception were very friendly and it only took a few minutes from arrival to being seen by the Dr.

The hospital is well presented and all the staff were very friendly.

Arrived for my 2nd cataract operation and was seen with minimal waiting time. Operation carried out swiftly and painlessly. Friendly receptionist telephoned for a taxi to take me home afterwards.

Can't rate this highly enough...from walking through the door, all staff were friendly and cheerful!
