The hospital is well presented and all the staff were very friendly.

First experience with Nuffield and have been very happy with the whole experience, everyone has been really pleasant to deal with (especially when you are a bit nervous)

From the moment of entering the hospital staff were polite and pleasant, nothing was too much bother. I was shown to my room and within minutes I was given a menu to choose lunch for after the op. The nurses continuously did relevant checks and required tests, and kept me updated on when the op would happen, and their care was just as positive after the op before I went home. The room was comfortable and clean and even had a lovely calming view. I cannot fault Nuffield hospital.

Everyone is very friendly, which means a lot when you’re visiting a hospital.

Everyone from all reception desk are very friendly, a had a little wait as there had been an emergency before my appointment, but the waiting room was comfortable and not too busy.
