The hospital has plenty of free parking, is easy to find and was clean inside and out. Hand sanitiser was available and I felt very relaxed and at ease in the environment. The seating area was small and felt homely with comfortable seating and self service drinks if you would like them. This was nice as it seemed relaxed and that everyone had time for you. There were only around 4-5 people in the waiting room during the time I was there

A tad annoyed that I gave my insurer policy number and authorisation code for a simple consultation but i was asked to also provide my credit card details. 🤷🏻♀️

This was my first visit to the Nuttfield. My visit will be well remembered for all of its staff from the receptionists medical physios and everyone that I came in contact with all very helpful and the kindness that they showed was amazing nothing too much trouble always there to help and the food was amazing. It was like a five star hotel.
