Generally good. The receptionist where very helpful and Dr Osuji was excellent

Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

My experience was reassuring and pleasant. Mr Evangelos properly explained the treatment.

Mr Karadaglis, was very professional. He really listened to my symptoms and it was heard. Very polite, and he went Extra mile for me as a patient.

Surgery was cancelled on the first occasion due to flooding in theatre from a blocked toilet. Otherwise everything went smoothly

I cannot recommend this service enough. From start to finish I was treated impeccably and the practitioner’s (Petra) attention for detail was exceptional getting to the route of my problem in record speed.

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.
