Dr Manjali was super accesible from the first appointment. He gave me various options to manage/treat my otosclerosis diagnosis. I was very reluctant to have surgery given the risks even if the are low percentage. Eventually, I decided to have the stapedectomy surgery with him given his expertise and having zero dead ear cases. Straight after the surgery I noticed the change on my hearing, which has come back to normal levels in the audiometry. I am very happy about the outcome and it really has changed my personal, professional and social life. I recommend him to everyone with otoesclerosis looking for implants or stapedectomy, I would have not had the surgery with another specialist, that is why I will be doing my second ear with him in few months.

I recently had an appointment with Professor Kiran Jumani and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. He was polite, welcoming and took his time during the consultation — there was absolutely no sense of being rushed. He answered all of my questions clearly and professionally, and guided me through a treatment plan in a way that was both reassuring and informative. I must also give a special mention to Nicola, who booked my appointment. She was incredibly helpful, professional and efficient — managing to book me in very quickly which was absolutely wonderful. Overall, a very positive and seamless experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
