My experience with the consultant Dr Shah was not of usual good standard that I have received from other consultants in the past. However, the staff who carried out the endoscopy and colonoscopy were excellent - reassuring and explained the procedures well. I was very nervous about the gastroscopy but with the aid of sedation and such reassuring staff all was well.

The hospital facilities were excellent—clean, modern, and well-organized. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently, creating a calm and reassuring environment throughout my visit.

I don't like going to the Doctors usually I find it stressful. However attending the Well Life Clinic has changed my perception. The staff are warm, welcoming and extremely friendly. I feel listened to of which I'm grateful.

Fantastic service from the start, within 48 hours i have seen a consultant, had a blood test and ct scan appointment made so i am very happy.
