It was Heatherwood Parkside and all was good

Generally good. The receptionist where very helpful and Dr Osuji was excellent

The Circle staff at Reading provided very timely and professional care at all stages of the required operation and treatment with very good explanation of the process at all visits including post operation care, assessments and Physiotherapy.

The hospital was well run, efficient and clean. All the staff I met were friendly and professional

I recently visited Luxmedica in Ealing and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had with ease. My doctor, Dr Katarzyna Adamek, was amazing outstanding professional, taking the time to perform a thorough examination and communicate her findings in a way that was easy to understand, without any medical jargon. I was particularly impressed with her patience and attention to detail during the breast ultrasound, as she explained everything she was doing and seeing on the screen. This level of transparency helped to keep me informed and prevent any undue stress or worry. Dr Adamek's approach was clearly patient-centric, and I am confident that I will return for future appointments. In fact, I have already recommended her services to my mother, who I am sure will receive the same excellent care that I did.
