Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

It was all good, apart from the man at the reception who was not always professional and friendly.

Again a wonderful seamless experience.Filled me with confidence

From being greeted at reception and taken to my room I felt at ease. The surgeon and the medical team were all knowledgeable

everyone was very caring and profesional from the porter,receptionist,the aneasatist and prof Mark emberton all the nurses where wonderful thank you all so much

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

No complaints at all Everyone was very professional and friendly.

Facility is really clean and staff is welcoming and supportive.
