Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.

It was great.

Pleasant welcoming experience. Wait time about was around 5 minutes. Nice practice.

The supporting staff were exceptionally professional with extremely reassuring bedside manner… Brilliant!

I’ve been consistently impressed with the exceptional services provided by Hooke. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I am extremely please with their prompt same day response to my request for an appointment and no waiting time when I got there. The Dr listened well and confirmed everything I suspected which my GP did not and therefore for 2 years have not been able to see anyone to investigate further as she blocked it. . The doctor immediately took me to a nurse after our consultation for immediate full bloods and requested further tests to be approved by bupa. He explained everything clearly. Can not fault the service - The level of service I received in comparison to NHS is like day and night, so I am extreamly appreciative.

It was all good, apart from the man at the reception who was not always professional and friendly.
