The staff are absolutely amazing and warm welcoming, the clinic is beautiful, definitely would recommend and use again! The nurse Maya was so gentle and patient, She made sure all my needs were met and was very professional. Many thanks

Clean, efficient

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

A pleasant experience all round, with the added novelty of being in the shard! Everyone was lovely, kind and welcoming.
