The Circle staff at Reading provided very timely and professional care at all stages of the required operation and treatment with very good explanation of the process at all visits including post operation care, assessments and Physiotherapy.

As before, friendly took time to listen to me and went through information so I understood. Great service.

Lovely clean, friendly setting

Parking was easy enough. All staff exceptionally helpful and friendly and we were lucky to be seen slightly early.

The hospital have been great. I had a lovely room and was never rushed.

Excellent as always. I was particularly pleased to be telephoned to see how I was post procedure.

Great service on the whole, a few of the night staff weren’t so attentive. Very clean, very quiet, nice to not be disturbed too often and good was excellent with lots of extra drinks on offer too Dorota was great and even went in search of a peppermint tea for me / Sylvia and Paula very helpful, approachable and friendly too. My consultant, who isn’t on your list : Mr Vathanan was excellent. Very personable, listened to me throughout and very professional

Staff friendly, no long waiting time , free parking, free tea and coffee. Can’t ask for much more
