Can’t recommend this clinic enough! Had an amazing coil removal experience, I felt so listened to but mostly I just felt like a real person rather than a patient. My reason for getting my coil out was a combination of being ready to get pregnant & being more than a little fed up of the very painful periods I’d been having, and Dr. Anne was understanding (and even recommended a medication to take if I should ever want to get a coil fitted again!) and just wonderful to chat to. Super special place!!!

Had a very positive experience. I felt Dr Lauren Colquhoun was very friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and very much felt she listened to the patient in front of her.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.

Very quick and expertly carried out the two consultation appointments and the treatment appointment. A very good experience eith this hospital.

St John & St Elizabeth is a wonderful place for treatment, other than the imaging department. The Cardiac Suite team is exceptional.
