Felt my appointment was “routine” not specific to me, my questionnaire hadn’t been reviewed, when I mentioned an issue I had, it was suggested I start a treatment which I was already taking. Definitely less than the half hour I was expecting, cost isn’t important but didn’t feel I had value for money (this was my 4th visit).

Really welcoming and friendly, excellent facilities and kind, helpful staff.

All staff were friendly and approachable. Never felt rushed or unable to express concerns. Surgeon was reassuring and explained the procedure thoroughly, and done an excellent job. After care was excellent

All the staff who I saw through the process of my hip replacement were excellent in all respects. I couldn’t have wished for better care from everyone throughout the whole experience.

Would not hesitate to have future surgery at practice plus if needed in the future
