Dr Pal was very helpful in clarifying my eye condition, in terms of the underlying causes and the options for treatment. Using the scans taken, he pointed out the issues, and also identified a previously undetected condition in one of the eyes. His assistant Carrie was also supportive in sending me promptly all the relevant information I requested.

I saw Mr Gudsoorkar regarding my eye problems due to diabetes . He was very patient and explained all issues in detail . I received eye injections and also Cataract surgeries under his care . My vision is much better and I am back to driving confidently. Very capable clinician and surgeon !

I’m a retired full time London doctor. Also a high myope, ( >-10 bilaterally ) which adds to the difficulty in cataract surgery. Miss Richardson came highly recommended, and I know she has operated on many fellow doctors. I chose to go privately, in particular so I could have the newer multifocal lenses, which at the time of my surgery, were not available on the NHS. Hopefully that will change (J&J Pure-See Tecnis, in case you’re wondering) The other reason was , of course, to have my choice of Ophthalmologist. Miss Richardson gave me great advice, both on the lense choice, and degree of correction. The surgery has gone well indeed. The result has been for me, a fantastic optical outcome., And I’ve been free of surgical complications. In short, I have been completely happy with her expert care, skill and advice..

All aspects were discussed and clearly explained from initial consultation to finished procedures. Jason made me feel comfortable and at ease during the surgery.

The only concern I have is that the equipment was not cleaned after the previous patient. It had her makeup on the chin rest

I felt absolutely confident that Mr Hove wanted me to be fully informed about the procedure (YAG laser vitreolysis), and that the absolute minimisation of the possibility of any negative outcomes was at the forefront in his approach. I had travelled down from Glasgow via Heathrow and the whole process was quick and easy.
