Dr Shilpa was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained, treatment was started and literally within days, I was feeling the results. Communication with relevant consultants and my GP practice was spot on.

Friendly staff

Great service on the whole, a few of the night staff weren’t so attentive. Very clean, very quiet, nice to not be disturbed too often and good was excellent with lots of extra drinks on offer too Dorota was great and even went in search of a peppermint tea for me / Sylvia and Paula very helpful, approachable and friendly too. My consultant, who isn’t on your list : Mr Vathanan was excellent. Very personable, listened to me throughout and very professional

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Dealing with everyone is so easy and stress free from the minute you walk through the door. Friendly, professional with a warm greeting and you are instantly put at ease. The whole team make the experience as stress free and you are dealt with with such courtesy, care and consideration.

Nice experience

Dr Michelle McCreesh was lovely and had lovely bedside manner and made me feel at ease. The option of going to the phlebotomist for blood tests was excellent as I tend to need them for my blood to be taken.

Dr. Varsani has been excellent at getting to the root of the problem, even when we have needed to book in at short notice. He has seen both myself and my baby, and he has been fantastic with both of us-thorough, kind, and professional. His clinic is in a great location, and it is always easy to get same day appointments, which has been incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.
