Generally good. The receptionist where very helpful and Dr Osuji was excellent

Excellent as always. I was particularly pleased to be telephoned to see how I was post procedure.

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

Staff at both Queen Anne Street and East Grinstead were wonderful. In particular the anaethetist Dr Lamb. I was very nervous and she really helped calm me down. Reccomendation from a friend

Over the past few years I have been to the Hospital on a number of occasions and have always found the standard of everything very good.

From the moment you meet the reception staff until the appointment with the consultant, you are met with friendly and caring staff, treated with great dignity and respect. The appointments are always taken on time and the waiting rooms are very comfortable. This is an excellent hospital in every respect as the attention to detail is obvious.

Quick and easy to get an appointment, overall a pleasant experience.

Facility is really clean and staff is welcoming and supportive.
