My overall experience on the visit to the Mole clinic was excellent and I would have no problem in recommending the clinic to family and friends. You perform a very valuable service and I hope you continue for many years to come.

It was a pleasure receiving care at Nuffield Health, the clinic is calm, modern and spacious and functions very well plus all the staff are very friendly and professional. I underwent a coronary CT angiogram which on the whole went smoothly. Perhaps some minor suggestions concerning the fact that due to a previous mastectomy my veins on (useable) only one arm required a bit more skill regarding inserting a cannula & taking blood. And although I researched the procedure beforehand to explain it in detail in person then and there would have been good. The doctor who dealt with lowering my heart rate did not introduce himself or explain his role. Yet overall it was a very good experience.

Simon was so lovely. The whole recovery process he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed constantly checking up on me. Dr Arda was incredible so informative and calm throughout the whole experience. Overall it felt so quick and easy.

Nurses were friendly and helpful. Staffs were welcoming. Facilities were clean.

I want to sincerely thank Mr. Norman Waterhouse for his exceptional professional skills in performing my facelift. I’m amazed by the results and grateful for the speedy recovery I experienced. Your expertise made all the difference!

The team is friendly and helpful. The payments department could work on keeping the documents in order - sometimes there were duplicate requests for payments, I recommend keeping documented payments after visits 😉
