The team at Guy Gold was exceptionally friendly and efficient, making my experience remarkable. I strongly recommend this service for individuals dealing with short or long-term health issues. I would particularly like to highlight Mary; she treated my mother with the highest level of respect, kindness, compassion, and care, going above and beyond to assist with my mum's condition. Truly the best place to visit, and I will personally endorse this establishment.

Not a good experience. I was referred by my physio for an MRI on my foot, and at no point was I told that the scan would include both my foot and ankle as separate items. I assumed it would all be part of one scan. I was charged for both separately, which brought the total to £1,050—an unexpectedly high amount, especially for a young person trying to manage costs. I was not given any quote or cost breakdown beforehand, which is extremely disappointing.I had the scan done on a Tuesday and was told I’d receive the results within 24–48 hours, but I didn’t get them until a week later. The lack of communication, unexpected charges, and delays made this a very frustrating experience overall. Never ever one to complain but this meant a massive deal to me!

Great experience throughout

My experience with Bodyset has been very positive overall, the staff are so friendly, clinic is clean and nice, the mobile application has been very useful for me to keep up with my daily exercises at home between the sessions. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve seen two other physiotherapists in the past for my shoulder and neither were able to relieve the pain. Juhi was very helpful from the start with mobilisations and exercises that challenged increased the strength of my shoulder to the point now where I have no pain at all!

Really good clinic

Bella was fantastic, she provided a really thorough assessment and helped me to understand what was going on with my back and areas of pain. I can’t recommend her enough!

I had a lot of pain and trouble for a long time now with my kidneys. These guys were the first clinic to finally come to an actual diagnosis and recommended treatment that actually works and I am so thankful to them for this. It makes me so happy that I’m finally getting better and after so long of running around everywhere else the team at London ultrasound were able to help me. I now go back for some yearly check up’s.
