They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

I’ve been consistently impressed with the exceptional services provided by Hooke. Their approach to preventative healthcare is second to none, offering a comprehensive and proactive solution to ensure long-term well-being. The multidisciplinary team at Hooke is exceptionally thorough and knowledgeable, bringing expertise from every angle to create a well-rounded approach to health. A special mention to Hollie and Filipa from the Client Services team, who are always efficient, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.
