Mr Marshall arrange to see me at short notice. He explained the situation to me quickly and clearly and helped to get my scans sorted. I was back with him for a 2nd appointment to resolve everything in under a week. A cancer diagnosis is always a difficult time and Mr Mohamed has shown me utmost care, empathy and compassion from the initial consultation through 2 surgeries performed with great skill and both of which I have recovered very well from. Mr Mohamed took time to explain the procedures and surgeries in detail and most of my long list of questions were answered before I had the chance to ask them! I must also mention his PA, Kay, nothing is ever too much trouble, every query and request is dealt with efficiently and with empathy and care, which makes a difficult time just that little bit easier. Thank so much to both of you.

Hernia repair - Fantastic from beginning to end. Mr Thomas explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable with the procedure I was about to undergo. The hospital "shirley oaks" were also brilliant from pre assement and to post-op. The food and accommodation were great, even my wife was impressed by being offered food and drink. But all credit does go to Mr Thomas and his team despite the Anesthetist being a Liverpool supporter.
