I don't like going to the Doctors usually I find it stressful. However attending the Well Life Clinic has changed my perception. The staff are warm, welcoming and extremely friendly. I feel listened to of which I'm grateful.

The medical staff and therapists were very caring, attentive and supportive. The nursing and support staff are amazing and keep spirits high as well as delivering the highest standard care.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.

Superb experience from admission to discharge. Great staff and excellent environment.

Surgery was cancelled on the first occasion due to flooding in theatre from a blocked toilet. Otherwise everything went smoothly
